- Act with the anxiety – Act as if you aren’t anxious, normalize any situation that makes you feel anxious. Slowing down can help achieve this.
- Repeat 1-3 until are anxiety is manageable
- Expect the best – Positive thinking can overcome any fear. Each time you find yourself excessively worrying, feel tense, or anxious replace those feeling with positive feelings and thoughts.
